Ray Lewis, Hero of a Bygone Era

Once in a while, little remnants of old-school America — those of a bygone era — get a chance to speak out. The psychopaths who run government and media are so dominant that you really have to be on the look out for the white hats. The New Nationalist likes to give them a hat tip. They are often threatened and trashed as well. One such individual with integrity is former Philadelphia police captain Ray Lewis.

In this interview, Lewis discusses community policing. Some of his views may not be congruent with new nationalism, so feel free to ignore or discount those. However, we all need to learn to avoid the unintelligent one-trick labeling and dismissals we are also constantly subjected to. Always hone in when somebody of any political persuasion is over the target, such as when Lewis speaks about policing.

Lewis, in the following video, absolutely rails against the militarization of U.S. police forces, which of course is a blatant violation of the principle of posse comitatus. He calls the use of high-caliber bullets by police a disaster in the making. He calls the equipment being used as very community divisive and ultimately demoralizing for the police and public. He specifically warns about psychopathic takeovers of police leadership. He calls this militarization another corporate racket. THIS IS A MUST-WATCH VIDEO!

Maybe the turning point in US police wanting more firepower, was the biggest police gun battle in US history, the North Hollywood shoot-out of 28 February 1997

A spectacular example of how just 2 determined individuals can hold down a huge army of law enforcement for a sustained period

2 bank robbers, Larry Phillips Jr & Emil Matasareanu, with body armour & lots of ammo, high on narcotics & maybe inspired by the 1995 bank robbery & gunfight movie ‘Heat’ –

Just those 2 guys held down 350 cops for three-fourths of an hour after robbing a Bank of America branch … over 1100 rounds fired by the robbers, over 650 rounds fired by the police … only ones who died were the two robbers

Much of the gun battle was filmed by helicopter, GoogleTube has both the documentary & film videos … Interesting webpage on this & other of the ‘Top 10 Most Audacious Shoot-Outs in USA History’ –
