THE NEW OBSERVER — The Israeli government is set to ratify a proposal by Interior Minister Aryeh Deri and Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan at this weekend’s cabinet meeting which will close the Holot detention center, expel all the Africans who have invaded that country within four months — and jail any who refuse to leave.
